Synopsis

In Africa, a continental ravaged by the AIDS epidemic, a beautiful young doctor, Thandi Khumal, works to ease the suffering of those fighting this silent killer. Circling the carnage, ruthless pharmaceutical corporations complete for opportunities to win exclusive contracts and tap into huge donor funds. Bu far from the corridors of power, a doctor is murdered at a remote rural hospital in South Africa. Is this a random murder or is there more to it? Thandi finds herself involved in a web of intrigue as she attempts to discover who killed her colleague.
