Return Policy

DVDs purchased from EternalPictures.com are easily returned to EternalPictures.com within 30 days of receipt of shipment. These items must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.

1. General Returns

We are happy to accept your return and will refund your credit card for the amount of the items purchased if you:

• Return the UNOPENED DVDs, and videos in their original condition.

• Include your packing slip, invoice and/or order number.

• Return your items within 30 days of delivery date.

NOTE: Original and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

2. Returnable Items

You may return your purchase if it meets any of the following criteria:

• We sent you the wrong title
• The DVD you received is physically defective
• The DVD will not play in your DVD player

If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify us and we will replace or refund your order right away.

EternalPictures.com cannot accept returns of items purchased from other Merchants. Items that are picked up at a store or shipped directly by the merchant must be returned to the merchant according to their return guidelines. For more information please refer to the Return Policies of the specific Merchant/Seller.

Whenever a Return takes place, the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges that may occur while shipping the item back to EternalPictures.com. If a refund occurs, it will not include the shipping, merchant, PayPal or related charges experienced by EternalPictures.com.
