Movie Events Terms and Conditions

• Licensee cannot require any form of payment or admission charge.

• It cannot be edited in any form, or used in whole or in portion for TV broadcast of any kind or internet broadcast, or resold in any form.

• If Licensee’s organization is interested in purchasing and retailing DVDs you need to immediately contact Eternal Pictures for special promotional rates.

• Licensee must only exhibit the DVD provided with the license and promotional kit.

• Licensee’s organization must be located in the USA or Canada and their territories and must only exhibit the film here. Any showing outside of the USA and Canada requires International Permission.

• Licensee’s paid staff hosts exhibition and the movie cannot be loaned, rented or sold to another ministry or organization.

• Licensee cannot copy or duplicate the DVD at any time for any purpose.

• The showing will be held in Licensee’s facility OR a venue outside of Licensee’s facility that is officially considered any extension of his/her organization or ministry program. Additional venues not meeting these conditions require an additional site license.

• Licensee may reproduce and use all downloadable promotional materials to advertise and promote showings of the Film.

• Licensee shall not make changes to the artwork provided on the promotional materials, other than to add the Licensee’s identity and contact information, and the locations, dates and times of showings of the Film.

• Licensee is responsible for insuring that DVD is not misappropriated, misused or unlawfully copied.

IMPORTANT: This Site License contains the complete agreement between you (the licensee) and the producers (the licensor) and controls over any other agreement in connection with the picture that is the subject of this Site License, whether that other agreement was written or oral. This Site License may not be changed except by a written agreement signed by both parties
